We will be performing a planned infrastructure update of the Voyado Elevate Application on Thursday, July 16, starting at 22:00 CEST. The application may experience a brief service interruption of approximately 5–10 minutes. Please note that the core Elevate service, including the JavaScript library and API endpoints, will remain fully unaffected.
What's happening: We are making a required change to the Elevate Application hosting infrastructure. The URL will remain unchanged, at app.elevate.voyado.cloud.
What to expect: The Elevate Application may be unavailable for a short period (up to 10 minutes) during the maintenance window. The JavaScript library and API endpoints will continue to operate normally throughout. No action is required from your side.
