The restoration of the missing analytics data has now been completed. Reports will show the correct statistics once data has been fully re-aggregated, which is expected to be reflected from this afternoon (approximately 13:00–16:00 CEST).

Update

The process of restoring the missing analytics data is still ongoing and taking longer than expected. Once the data has been fully restored, we will trigger a re-aggregation to ensure the affected reports display the correct statistics.

We expect this process to be completed tomorrow and will continue to share updates as progress is made

Analytic data creation for the affected entities should now be working as expected again.
However, there are still gaps in analytics data from yesterday.

Our team is actively backfilling this missing data to ensure reports are accurate. We expect this process to be completed during the day tomorrow. No data has been lost, and once backfilling is done, all statistics will be fully restored.

We are currently experiencing issues with some of our analytics data. As a result, statistics shown in reports may be incorrect or incomplete starting from yesterday (Monday).

No data has been lost, and the underlying data will be reflected accurately once the issue is resolved.

We are working to fix the problem and will provide updates at a later point.
